| "As the President of Cat Life and Research Foundation, I very much enjoy working with Mike and his staff at the animal department. I support their work because they are doing a wonderful job in caring for all the animals out there. It is always interesting and fascinating to develop, introduce and evaluate new forms of behavioral enrichment techniques for the cats! Thank you, Mike, Suzie, Maria, Heather and all the volunteers.“ -- Bettina Krone, President, Cat Life and Research Foundation | ![]() Photo Credit: Bettina Krone |
Gifts made to the Endowment Fund are used for the long-term support of the programs offered by the Museum. Investment earnings generated by the gift are distributed for programs and services. A portion of the earnings are reinvested with the principal to insure fund growth to keep up with inflation. A strong endowment fund provides security for future funding needs and ensures that the Museum's programs and facilities will flourish for years to come. | |
