Matching Gifts

Matching Gifts are gifts by corporations to non-profit organizations like the Tallahassee Museum. Many corporations will double or triple your gift to The Tallahassee Museum.

More than 5,000 companies in the United States have matching gift programs. All you need to do is stop by your Human Resources or Personnel Office and ask if they have a matching gift program. If they do, then request a matching gift form. Then complete and mail the form with your gift and the Tallahassee Museum will take care of the rest.

Matching gifts may double or triple your contribution to the Tallahassee Museum and will be counted towards your recognition in one of the Museum's following giving levels:

• If you give $500 and your company matches 1:1, the Tallahassee Museum benefits from an additional $500 and lists you as a $1,000 contributor and recognizes you in the Curator's Club.
• If you give $2,000 and your company matches 2:1, the Tallahassee Museum benefits from an additional $4,000 and recognizes you as a $6,000 contributor and lists you in the Director's Cabinet.
