This program is for participants 16 years and older.
This two day beginning blacksmith workshop will be held at the Museum’s smithy with instructor Michael Murphy, the Museum’s part-time resident blacksmith. This workshop will be for people with little to no blacksmith experience. Each person will have the opportunity to work with the traditional coal burning forge, as well as the more modern propane-burning forge. Materials will be provided and participants may take their creations with them at the end of the day.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday September 19th at Noon.
