Learn how to make yarn out of your plastic grocery bags. Plarn, yarn created by cutting plastic bags and connecting the strips of plastic, is great for crocheting or knitting your own reusable grocery bags. Many crafters also use plarn to make sleeping mats for the homeless.

In this class, participants will learn two techniques to cut plastic bags into usable plarn.

All workshop participants must be at least 14 years of age to participate in this workshop. Any participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Supplies Needed:

-5 to 10 plastic grocery bags
