Preserve the fall harvest of peppers and be prepared with gifts for the holiday season. Learn to make hot pepper jelly. Participants will make jelly, learn safe boiling-water bath canning, and take home the recipe and a sample jar. Registration Deadline: Thursday, February 1 at noon.
