Matt Hill was born and raised in Tallahassee; he first fell in love with nature, the
animals, and the forest at the Tallahassee Museum during the 1970s. He moved to
Africa in 2011 and shortly-thereafter founded the nonprofit Green Again Madagascar to
continue the commitment to protect nature's amazing ecosystems that he first learned at
Jr-museum. Through the GreenAgain Project, they seek to restore damaged rainforest
reserves in Madagascar. True ecological restoration is more than simply replanting
trees. It involves a long term commitment to assisting the recovery of an ecosystem.
GreenAgain's three main goals are to restore, educate, and empower. Come welcome
Matt Hill back home to the Tallahassee Museum as he presents about the unique and
interesting animals and trees that live in the far-away rainforests of Madagascar!

While walk ups may be welcomed, please register through our website free of charge by September 27th at noon to participate.
