You’ve used your canner to process jelly or tomatoes in a boiling-water bath but you are still a little nervous about pressure canning vegetables or meats.  Come and get hands-on experience while canning green beans.  And we will do it 1880’s style on a wood-burning stove.

*This is an outdoor event in our 1880s farm kitchen

*Must be at least 14 years old; anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
