Investigating Fires and Explosions
Fire and explosion investigations are unique to the forensic/investigative world in that the investigator has to start with the known (i.e., a fire or explosion has occurred), but develop the unknown from relatively little information. Captain Morgan will explore the use of a systematic approach to investigations related to development of the origin and cause of a fire or explosion. The approach used in these types of investigations is the scientific method.
