About Tree to Tree Adventures

The Tallahassee Museum is excited to announce that Tallahassee Tree To Tree Adventures will reopen on Wednesday, June 10th, 2020, at 10 am with the last ticket sold at 4:30 pm.  Until further notice, Tallahassee Tree To Tree Adventures will be operating from Wednesday through Sunday only. Hours of operation will be: Wednesday-Saturday from 10 am until the last ticket sold at 4:30 pm; Sunday from 11 am until the last ticket sold at 4:30 pm.

Tallahassee Tree To Tree Adventures will operate following Governor DeSantis’s Executive order #2020-123. Tallahassee Tree To Tree Adventures will be asking clients to social distance and follow directions provided by its staff to help ensure the safety of its clients and staff.

Tallahassee Tree To Tree Adventures will be operating at 50% of its standard visitor capacity and would like to encourage its clients to purchase their tickets and complete their waivers online at https://treetotree.ezwaiver.com/  before their visit. We encourage groups to register in advance through “Plan An Event”  at  https://tallahasseemuseum.org/treetotreeadventures/tickets/  Unfortunately, no groups over ten will be able to be accommodated.

Depending upon visitor demand, there may also be times that visitor capacity will result in waits or reach visitor capacity limits. Only one parent/legal guardian may accompany their children under 18 into the harnessing/briefing area or Tremendous Adventures (kids course) if they are not going on the course themselves.

Tallahassee Tree to Tree adventures provides a bird’s eye view while gliding at heights of up to 62 feet from the ground! Who knows, you may even meet a dinosaur or two! Over 70 obstacles will have you swinging from ropes, crossing log bridges, and surfing through the sky.
Tallahassee Tree to Tree Adventures offers three different courses to choose from TREEmendous Adventure, Canopy Crossing, and Soaring Cypress (our biggest, fastest, and fantastic course!). We base all courses on height eligibility rather than age, and no previous experience is necessary.

All public contemporary and historic buildings except for our public bathrooms, Visitor Center, and Trail Break Café will remain closed. The Visitor Center and Museum Store will only be open to exiting, masked visitors and will maintain appropriate visitor capacity levels. The Trail Break Café will follow the Governor’s guidelines for restaurants and all visitors entering buildings required to wear masks. The Museum’s play area will also remain closed. Groups of ten or less are welcome.

In addition to following CDC guidelines, signage throughout the Museum grounds will remind visitors of social distancing, recommend masks, provide directional assistance and queue lines, and encourage visitors not to touch exhibit windows, labels, or interactive devices. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the Museum’s grounds, and our restrooms and touch surfaces will receive regular and frequent sanitation throughout the day.
