Preschool Break Camp

Coming March 1!

Welcome to Tallahassee Museum Preschool’s Nature Based Summer Camp! Established in 1964, the Tallahassee Museum Preschool is offering 7 weeks of nature filled summer camp for ages 3-5; for children in preschool and going into Kindergarten! Children must be fully potty trained. Experience enchanting days full of playful learning on 52 acres of beautiful woodlands.

Our summer camp will follow a daily routine emphasizing active forest play and child-initiated activities such as mud pie making, and costume dress up, while still following daily routines such as circle time, calendar, and story time. Every day will include two opportunities for nature play and/or hikes through our wonderland of wildlife trails.

Each week includes native flora and fauna identification, yoga, art projects, and bird watching. For questions or concerns, please email kbacot@tallahasseemuseum.org.

Times: 8:30 – 4:30
