Preserve the harvest of peppers and start preparing gifts for the holiday season. Learn to make hot pepper jelly. Participants will make jelly, learn safe boiling-water bath canning, and take home the recipe and a sample jar.
*This program takes place inside the Big Bend Farmhouse Kitchen
*Participants must be at least 14 years old. Any participant under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Legal guardian must pay admissions or be a member of the museum.
